Research On Improvement Of U-type Boltproduction Line Of Y Company Based Onlean Production

Nowadays,with the rapid development of global market economy,China's manufacturing industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition.On the one hand,relying on the advantages of cheap labor productivity in China for a long time,the manufacturing of standard parts has become more and more stressful due to a series of reasons,such as higher labor costs and environmental protection.How to effectively judge and analyze the company's production system and reduce production and operation costs,improve production efficiency and reduce waste has become an urgent problem for the growth and progress of such enterprises.Nowadays,lean production improvement,as an advanced production management mode,plays an important role in improving the production management level of domestic standard parts manufacturing industry and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Y company is a manufacturing company.At present,the company is facing the problem of increasingly fierce competition among enterprises and rising production costs.In view of the company's current situation,this paper takes the lean production concept as the guidance,takes the U-type bolt production line as the research foundation,through the targeted analysis of the U-type bolt production line,formulates the practical optimization scheme.According to the production process and logistics layout of Y company's U-bolt production line,this paper seeks out the outstanding problems of the production line,and puts forward the lean improvement plan of U-bolt production line by using the theory and method of value flow diagram analysis,process procedure analysis,action analysis and 6S field management.In order to achieve the goal of improvement more effectively,a series of safeguard measures have been formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of improvement,such as the continuous improvement of corporate culture,the establishment of incentive and reward and punishment mechanisms,and the strengthening of employee awareness guidance and training.The results show that lean production mode has significant effect in improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
