Converter Production Line Improvement Research Of S Company Based On Lean Production

With the continuous improvement of industrial automation,converter has been widely used in water applications,oil and gas application,mining and metals application,food application,food and beverage,wood machines,textile machines and packaging machines.S company have to optimize its process because of broad market and intense competition among manufacturing industries,while lean production mode can integrate all kinds of production resources to help company to improve the efficiency of production and increase economic benefit.This paper mainly study the production line optimization of S company.In this paper,lean production related tools and value flow chart technology are used to find out the existing problems of HHP2 production line of S company:unbalanced production line,low production efficiency and low product yield.By describing the future production status,future value stream map is drawn and improvement plan is provided accordingly.Firstly,analyzing bottleneck station A2 and man-machine action for testers to eliminate unnecessary handling,reduce operation time by balancing production line.Secondly,improving 5s management?equipment and replenish system,in order to effectively guarantee the working environment and normal operation of equipment and improve auxiliary working efficiency.Lastly,using 8D analysis technology of the bad products to find out reasons,and introducing Poka-yoke method to prevent the occurrence of similar events and improve testing pass rate at a time.Through this optimization,line balance efficiency has been risen from76.4% to88.3%,operation efficiency has been risen from75% to84%,testing pass rate at a time has been risen from80% to98%.The improvement is significant.This paper takes S Company as the research object,through analyzing the current production situation and industry characteristics of the company,using the knowledge of lean production to optimize the production line in the workshop,balancing the production line productivity,improving the production line efficiency and reducing the error probability,which can provide reference for the optimization of production line in other manufacturing industries.
