China’s national economy after more than thirty years of development,the insurance market has great development in the economic situation China achieved good market development,the rapid development of economy but also to a large extent for the development of the insurance industry to add a lot of vitality.In recent years,the insurance regulatory authorities have gradually liberalized the insurance market access conditions,some domestic and foreign social capital into the insurance market,to a large extent,caused a severe competition in the insurance market in china.At the same time with the "Internet plus" craze,the Internet insurance in government departments to promote the insurance market competition also joined the ranks of.Snatch the insurance market,compete for customer resources,meet the changing needs of insurance customers become a problem in the insurance companies.So many insurance companies will gradually be business ideas from the "product centric" to "customer-centric",to establish a customer relationship management system matched with enterprise management,to understand customer behavior and complex needs of customers in different periods of different stages of the insurance company,continuous improvement in insurance sales,marketing ability and service ability,enhance customer satisfaction,to survive in the fierce competition in the insurance market environment and to develop more quickly.Customer relationship management in foreign countries,both in theory and in practice has been very mature,there are some domestic industries have been applied,but the application of the domestic insurance industry is still relatively backward.This paper will first use the interview research and analysis method based on the actual situation of Huatai Insurance Company as an example,combining the theory of customer relationship management,analysis of current situation of Huatai Insurance Company customer relationship management,using the empirical analysis method to analyze the improvement of all aspects of the company currently existing in the construction of customer relationship management,finally summarized method to the problem put forward improvement measures,come to improve the optimization scheme for company customer relationship management and the implementation of the safeguard measures.This paper through the analysis of the current situation of business management and customer relationship management Huatai Insurance Company,combing of Huatai Insurance Company customer management objectives,management concept,mechanism,working process and customer relationship management information construction work,to find the expected shortfall,and proposed solutions,this research and the development of customer relationship management of insurance companies in China has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
