Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Didichuxing's Fast Growth

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and Artificial Intelligence,it appears some fast-growing network platform enterprises in the world.This paper focus on the dynamic mechanism of rapid growth of Didichuxing.Based on the system theory and life cycle theory,this paper starts from the viewpoint of regarding enterprises as trade organization in the field of economics,deduces the principles of business activities,then points out that the essence of business is value creation and value transfer,the relationship between enterprise growth and enterprise system factors is dependent variable and independent variable,enterprise growth is determined by internal and external factors,factors include the driving forces and the interaction between forces forms a growth mechanism.As for the driving force of rapid growth of Didichuxing,external power are timing,users and markets,internal power are products,marketing,management,capital and business pattern.Needs are the original power in the external power of the enterprise,and innovation is the original power in the internal power of the enterprise.After combing the interaction of the factors,it deduce three mechanisms of rapid growth.Growth mechanism is dominant positive feedback loop in the process of growth of Didichuxing.Collaboration mechanism refers to the mutual coupling and cooperation of enterprise's goal,organization,strategy,manpower,resources,ability and culture like precision instruments.Adaptation mechanism follows a set of perception,learning and cognition,response mode,accompanied by the fastest response.Coordination mechanism and adaptation mechanism ensure the order and flexibility of the system operation.Finally,the article analyzes the inevitability of growth management.It points out that the enterprise needs to manage the business,the enterprise itself and the growth,and provides the method to diagnose the driving force and the growth mechanism.
