A Study On The Crisis Breaking Point Of Fast-growth Enterprises

With the economic globalization in depression now, for the very important agents of the modern society, enterprises usually have to face with the business crisis, and the fast-growth enterprise business crisis has its own peculiarity and effect. In this paper, a case study of the fast-growing enterprise crisis aimed at growth enterprises, contribute to crisis prevention and resolution, for businesses in dealing with the current international financial impact has practical significance and academic value.This article is in the collection of domestic and international crisis management research, carried out after the review of the literature analysis on the fast-growing enterprises to commence the study of crisis management. In this paper, we will corporate life (crisis) cycle as a theoretical foundation to study the performance of enterprises form a number of crisis, compare fast-growing enterprise crisis and the general business of the differences between the crisis, focusing on information and resource constraints twist.And, the paper is discussed separately for the fast-growing enterprise formation mechanism, the mechanism and control mechanism to prevent three perspectives. Among them, the fast-growing enterprises in the formation mechanism, namely the inner-to-business and external causes of the performance of the system analysis; In the prevention mechanism , the source of the enterprise prevent and guard against both inside and outside systems, with the establishment of incentive-based enterprise business model of the crisis early warning; In the control mechanism of the crisis, the crisis is studied separately from the enterprise system of control and decision-making control with two aspects.Finally, we are trying to analyze three examples of fast-growth enterprise in the south-west, showing the development process in the face of crisis, the crisis of a different factor for the application of different coping strategies to prevent, to hope the similar enterprises being helpful.
