Study On Different Modes About Last Mile Delivery On Electronic Products Of E-retailer A

With the development of Internet technology and the recognition of the consumers,the E-commerce has developed rapidly in China,and on-line shopping market has expanded each year,a variety of logistics service providers are also emerging,their express traffic become more and more,however the development of logistics can't keep up with the rapid pace of E-commerce.Especially,when it comes to the last mile logistics distribution,which takes up about 30% of the total cost of the E-commerce logistics.There are some problems,such as delivery delay,loss and damage of the expresses,so the logistics service quality can't meet the consumers' satisfaction.In general,these have become a bottleneck of the further development of E-commerce.The electronic products play an important role in people's daily life,and it becomes one of the three pillars in on-line shopping market.At the same time,the increase in online shopping platform makes the market competition environment more intense,some enterprises set up their own logistics system in order to improve the quality of logistics services gradually.Therefore,how to choose the appropriate last mile logistics distribution mode is very important for these enterprises.According to the actual situation of E-retailer A,we know that it has three delivery modes,including home delivery service,self-reliance box and consumer delivery ports,this paper establish the mode of three delivery mode based on the delivery efficiency and cost,and solved these modes,then this paper analysis the three delivery modes for E-retailer A,and we hope this can provide references for E-retailer A when it choose the last mile logistics distribution mode for its electronic products.
