With the rapid development of electronic commerce in recent years, the scale of shopping online increases continuously.Choosing goods and paying online, and waiting for the package has been part of modern life, but the process from virtual trade online to delivering commodity outline cannot be separated from the logistics distribution. Final distribution phase of e-commerce, the “last kilometer” distribution, which will face the final customers, is the most affected phase of service quality and customer satisfactio n. Nowadays, the “last kilometer” distribution of e-commerce customers in universities has many problems such as low delivery efficiency and extensive management, and it‘s difficult to satisfy customers‘ requirements, which seriously affects the quality of service. But because of the intensive customers and huge market potential in universities, there is a tremendous opportunity at the same time. Therefore, how to use the opportunity well while solving the “last kilometer” distribution problems, and make it be the tripartite win-win situation of e-commerce enterprise, university managers and consumer groups in universities, has been an important topic. From the perspective of constructing the “last mile” distribution solutions in colleges and universities, a series of innovation in this paper provide important references for e-commerce enterprise, express enterprises and third-party logistics service. It also has reference significance for other “last kilometer” distribution problems in all kinds of inland “micro-community” like residential communities, hospitals and office buildings.By studying the development status of “the last kilometer” distribution mode home and abroad, the paper analyzes various problems of indirect distribution mode and the realistic problems of “last kilometer” distribution in universities. Based on the qualitative analysis of the above problems, and compared to the advanced mode abroad, the paper puts forward the solutions suitable for electronic commerce terminal distribution in colleges and universities, and builds the “Express alliance” distribution platform in colleges and universities, and designs management mode, function module and business process for the distribution platform, and puts forward innovative management mode of the distribution platform. To prove the design of the solution has more advantages compared with other “last kilometer” distributions in colleges and universities, by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, the paper firstly makes qualitative analysis of demands from downstream customers of platform, afterwards using the reputation model of game theory to make quantitative analysis of the upstream express enterprise resource integration. It draws the conclusion that compared with the “traditional direct distribution model” and the existing “pick-up point & independent container model”, the “Express alliance” distribution platform can meet customer demand better and integrate express enterprise resources better, and have more competitive advantage.
