The Research On The Impact Of Technology Standard To Technology Innovation In High-tech Industry

Innovation has become to be the national strategic level,technology innovation is the core content of innovation,so more and more attention has been paid to how to improve technology innovation capability through technology standardization strategy.However,the technical role of technology standard in the process of technology innovation,the way of technology factorsaffect technology innovation and the influence of technology standard on the market structure have not been analyzed effectively.According to the status of current researches,this dissertation introduces the current situation of high-tech industry standards and patents firstly,then taking technological development as the breakthrough point,recomb the process of technologystandardization and technology innovation,point out that technology standard and technology innovation have been highly unified in the standardization activities,the standardization process reflects the influencemode of technology standard,technology research is the strategic decision point that runs through the whole standardization process.With the help of the process of technical standardization,we take technical research as steering,through introducing the technology trajectory at technology layer,discuss the influence of technology standard on the technical factors of technology innovation systematically;Use the experience ofclassic Cournot model in game theory in the Market layer,analyze the function mechanism of technology standard through affecting corporate decision-making to change the market structure.Then,taking the technology development of the mobile communication industry in recent 16 years as a sample,through keyword extraction and cosine similarity algorithm of VSM model,verifying that technology standard can strength the accumulation of patent technology,restrain the development of technology discretization,dominant the technical content of industrial subject.At last,take the development process of China's communications industry in recent 21 years as a sample,use the "causality step method" to verifythe Medi-Effect of technical standard on the path of technology innovation.The results show that technology standard can promotes technological innovation by reducing innovation inertia;Technology standardreduce market competition,strengthen market cooperation,and then promote technology innovation.According to the conclusions of this dissertation,we put forward some policy recommendations for implementing standardization strategy of China,thus providing some theoretical references for the development of China's High-tech industries.
