Research On The Technology Innovation Cluster And High-tech Industry Competitiveness

Since second half of the 20th century, the fast emergence of the high-tech industry has driven and upgraded the overall adjustment of the global industrial structure that a lot of countries focus on how to develop the high-tech industry, and how improve high-tech industry's competitiveness has become the theme of economic development nowadays. Under such a practice background, this paper specially studies how the cluster of technology innovation influences the competitiveness of high-tech industry of our country hoping to offer some reference for research of this respect.This paper mainly adopts the normative and positive study, basing on Professor M· E· Potter's diamond model, probe into the technology innovation cluster's important influence and promotion on the competitiveness of high-tech industry.This paper indicates that technology innovation cluster refers to technology innovations that have characteristic appearing in regular hour and space and in groups. Whether the technology innovation cluster could be formed will involve directly whether the high-tech industry of our country could realize the great-leap-forward development.The reasons that the technology innovation cluster forms include forming the economy of cluster, saving innovative cost and government to support etc.The process what innovation cluster formed mainly includes the formulation of key innovation, innovation diffusion and the construction of the innovation network for three basic stages, among them it is a key whether the innovation network can be formed.After finishing the analysis regarding the technological innovation cluster, it's the technological innovation cluster mechanism's analysis of function to the competitiveness of high-tech industry, and this part of contents are being carried on...
