At present,China's urban-rural dual structure is still outstanding.The coordination,fairness and sustainability of development have seriously affected the realization of a major strategy of building a well-off society and realizing rural revitalization.Urban-rural integration is the only way to solve this problem.In the process of promoting urban-rural integration,land is the most basic and important medium for the distribution and allocation of various factors between urban and rural areas.The process of urban-rural integration is also the process of continuous release of land use functions.Therefore,land use function and urban-rural integration There is a natural interaction between them.The coupling and coordination of the two is of great significance to the development of economy and society.It is important and necessary to study the relationship between the two.In the past,scholars mostly used land use function or urban-rural integration as the research object.Few scholars discussed the relationship between the two.Based on the needs of research,this paper mainly selects economic function indicators from the economic,social and ecological functions of land use,builds an evaluation system based on the division of industry types,and uses the comprehensive index model to measure the index of land use function.At the same time,by clarifying the concept of urban-rural integration,the evaluation indicators are selected from three levels: urban and rural economic development,urban and rural social development,and urban and rural quality of life,and the index of urban-rural integration is measured using the TOPSIS model of entropy.Based on the measurement of the two levels,the coupling coordination degree model is used to evaluate the coupling degree of land use function and urban-rural integration level in 9 districts and cities of Fujian Province in 2005,2010 and 2016,and the obstacle degree model is adopted.Diagnostic factors that affect the coupling and coordination of the two are diagnosed.The results show:(1)The coupling and coordination of land use function and urban-rural integration level during the study period are low-coupling coordination(I),sub-moderate coupling coordination(II),moderate coupling coordination(III)and medium-high coupling coordination(IV).The relative development degree of the two systems is mainly due to the lag of land use function or the lag of urban-rural integration level,which is difficult toachieve synchronous optimization.(2)In terms of time series evolution,except for Xiamen,the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in other cities is slower.Especially in Putian,the coupling and coordination of the two have been in the sub-moderate coupling coordination state during the study period.(3)In terms of spatial distribution characteristics,the coupling degree of the two shows that the coastal cities in eastern Fujian and southern Fujian are higher than the urban areas in western Yunnan and northern Fujian,and the east-west gradient is significantly different.The relative development degree of the coastal cities of western Yunnan and southern Fujian is dominated by the lag of urban and rural integration,while the cities of western Fujian and northern Fujian are dominated by the lag of land use.(4)Improve the coupling and coordination degree between land use function and urban-rural integration level,and promote fair,coordinated and sustainable development due to urban policy,focusing on industrial optimization and rational allocation of various elements between urban and rural areas.
