| Under the measures of rural revitalization,"Internet+" and electric business to help the farmers,rural development in Hebei Province has also made certain achievements,such as the construction of beautiful countryside,creation of advantageous areas for special agricultural products,investment in smart agriculture and intelligent processing plants,clustering of industrial clusters and enhancement of added value of rural industries and so on,they are visible for all to see.With the continuous upgrading of rural industry level and the extension and reorganization of rural industry chain,new types of business have emerged in the integration development of rural three industries,such as three-dimensional cycle rural,creative rural and leisure and cultural experience rural.This makes the integrated development of the three rural industries a new driving force and development opportunity for rural revitalization again.In order to study the development level of the integration of rural three industries in Hebei and further enhance the sustainable development of rural areas,it is necessary to make an objective evaluation and analysis of the integration of rural three industries in Hebei,to explore its regional differences,to adjust regional development ideas,to clarify the development direction and focus on the integration of rural three industries.Firstly,this paper reviews domestic and foreign literature for a comprehensive review,defines relevant concepts,and sorts out the mechanism of the development of the integration of the three rural industries;this paper draws on the relevant achievements of scholars,and adheres to the principles of purposefulness and systematization,and constructs an evaluation index system for the integration of the three rural industries.Secondly,the data of rural three-product integration indicators in 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei from 2016 to 2020 are selected to study the level of development,types of integration,constraints,and future forecast trends of rural three-product integration in Hebei.This paper uses the panel entropy method to measure the weights and development level indices of the indicators of the integration of rural three industries,and conducts the analysis of the development level of the integration of rural three industries in four major regions.this paper uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the coupling coordination degree among the three rural industries integration systems,and derives the types of rural three-industry integration classification for prefecture-level cities according to the criteria of rural three-industry integration development classification,and then compares them with the development level indices of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries derived from the panel entropy value method to determine their constraints.This paper uses a gray prediction model to predict the trend of the development level of the integration of the three rural industries in Hebei in the next five years,providing a theoretical basis for the future development direction of Hebei.The main conclusions from the above analysis are:(1)The order of rural three-industry integration development level in the four regions of Hebei province is as follows:Ji Nan,Ji Zhong,Ji Dong and Ji Bei,among which Ji Nan and Ji Zhong are above the overall level of Hebei,while Ji Dong and Ji Bei are below Hebei;the order of rural three-industry integration development level in the 11 prefecture-level cities of Hebei province is as follows: Bao Ding,Tang Shan,Shi Jiazhuang,Han Dan,Xing Tai,Cang Zhou,Heng Shui,Zhang Jiakou,Lang Fang,Qin Huangdao and Cheng De.Among them,Han Dan,Xing Tai,Bao Ding,Shi Jiazhuang and Tang Shan are above the overall level in Hebei,while the others are below the overall level in Hebei.(2)The type of integration of rural three industries in 11 prefecture-level cities of Hebei is general;(3)The constraint of Ji Dong region is the integration of rural primary industry and tertiary industry,the constraint of Zhang Jiakou in Ji Bei region is the integration of rural primary industry and secondary industry,the constraint of Cheng De in Ji Bei is the integration of rural primary industry and tertiary industry,the constraint of Ji Zhong region is mainly the integration of rural primary industry and tertiary industry,and the constraint of Ji Nan region is the integration of rural primary industry and tertiary industry;(4)The level of development of the integration of the three rural industries in Hebei Province in the next five years has slightly decreased,but the type of development level is still the general type,and further measures must be taken to promote the development of the integration of the three rural industries.Finally,based on the conclusions of the analysis,we combine the internal and external loop mechanism of rural three-product integration,regional constraints and gray forecast trends,and put forward targeted recommendations,aiming to help Hebei’s rural areas move towards a high-quality development stage. |
