The domestic life insurance market has been developing for 30 years,which indicates the stronger and stronger “Matthew Effect”.According to the data released by China Banking Regulatory Commission regarding the operation of life insurance companies in2018,over 32 life insurance companies suffered from the deficit among 85 companies,amounting to over 37.6%.The total net profit for top 10 life insurance companies amounts to 91% of the total net profit for the entire life insurance industry.There are 72 companies whose original premium market share is less than 1%;the reasons for that include externally the supervision is tightened and the extensive management is not existed any more,internally due to the small and medium size companies are unable to input the sufficient resources,they fail to establish their own sales channels and mainly rely on the third party's channels.Obviously,it is urgent to figure out how to expand the individual insurance channel agent through the appropriate team introduction method in the market.On the basis of the above-mentioned reasons,this paper selects the individual insurance channel of the same industry introduction of H Company as the study object.This paper mainly applies the field research and quantitative analysis method to perform the analysis to the individual insurance channel agent team of H Company.In the course of study,it fully collects the implementation effect data for the newest introduction strategy of the same industry of H Company,and carries out the analysis to the data to seek the existing problems in the agent team of H Company.The emphasis is to offer the optimized direction and detailed advice for the following operation of its same-industry introduction to enable it to improve the efficiency and effect of same-industry introduction as much as possible on the basis of controlling the expanses,as well as put forward the feasible plans for the development of individual insurance of new life insurance company.It can be concluded through the analysis that: On one hand,through the analysis to the current status for the same-industry introduction of H Company,it can be seen from the market competition status and same-industry agent that the same-industry introduction is one feasible plan.However,there are a number of problems in the same-industry introduction plan of H Company e.g.the content of same-industry introduction is simple,the selection of recruitment is not strict,the cultivation supporting power is weak and the promotion performance after team introduction is poor etc.Meanwhile,it seeks the reasons for its operational strategy having short-term appetency,operational management level still needs to be improved,the people-oriented concept needs to be deepened etc.On the other hand,H Company raises to offer the detailed optimization plans on the basis of clarifying the optimization target of “mutual benefit and win-win,orderly and controllable” in accordance with the same-industry introduction optimization plan,whichmainly include the four aspects e.g.the optimization for the pertinence of developing the same-industry introduction policy,the optimization for personnel recruitment and selection,the reinforcement of training supporting power,and the creation atmosphere of promotion and development.In order to guarantee the implementation of optimization content,H Company is able to comprehensively exert the brand strength,as well as perform the guarantee from four aspects e.g.well perform the propaganda of same-industry introduction,well perform the organization construction of same-industry introduction,establish the enterprise culture of openness and embracement,and optimize the various auxiliary policies for same-industry introduction.The analysis of this paper is the analysis for the current status of life insurance market and the recent same-industry introduction policy of H Company,which can provide the modification recommendations for H Company to perform the political adjustment in the next so as to improve the effects of same-industry introduction.Meanwhile,this paper establishes the analysis framework of same-industry introduction for new life insurance companies that includes the development of policies,the selection of personnel,the support of training and the stimulation of promotion,which can provide the reference for the team introduction of the other life insurance companies.
