A Research On Urban-Rural Income Gap At Different Spatial Scales In Guangxi

Income gap has direct bearing on the shared development and the goal of building a harmonious society.At presently,we should pay attention to the income gap.And also it is necessary to make a full examination of the present situation of income gap,evolution characteristics,and the reasons why income gap exists.This paper has mainly studied the income gap problems of Guangxi,based on the elaboration of the research background,significance,and review of relevant research both domestic and abroad,the paper has made detailed study by a multi-angle of economics,statistics,and geography.Taking Guangxi as the research object,this paper uses a variety of angles to analyze the income disparities from the year 2005 to 2015.Content arrangement and main conclusions of the article are shown below:Chapter 1 and 2 show us the background,literature review and theory.By pointing out the grim reality of gap income,this section shows the research value,and then with the theories of income distribution differences and regional development it confesses the macroscopic theory.Chapter 3 is the core part of this article.By coefficient of variation,Theil index and geographic information systems(GIS)this part makes a research on the urban-rural income from different spatial scales during the year 2005-2015.This paper mainly discusses the spatial and temporal evolution of income gap at city level and county level.Chapter 4 discusses the reasons for urban and rural income gap in Guangxi,through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the factors,this paper outlines the urban-rural income differences.Then this paper makes analysis for the affections of the urban and rural income gap,such as: the economic development level,transportation infrastructure,fiscal on agriculture support,land transfer and development strategies.Based on the analysis mentioned above,chapter 5 proposes measures to solve the income gaps.For example: strengthen the transportation infrastructure,enhance the promotion of agricultural industrialization,promote the land transfer system continuously,improve the perfection of the system of fiscal expenditure on agriculture,strengthen county economies and conscientiously implement the regional development plans.Finally,chapter 6 makes conclusions and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
