The pawnbroking industry,as an ancient traditional industry in China,has a long history of development.With the continuous improvement of China's financial market system,the pawnbroking industry,as one of the segmented industries,has shown a trend of rapid development in recent years.Due to the characteristics of small scale and high risk of market operation,small and medium-sized enterprises are difficult to obtain credit loans from commercial Banks.Therefore,small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main target customer group of the pawn industry.The rise of Internet finance has greatly impacted the development of the pawnbroker industry,which also means that the pawnbroker industry is faced with great risks in the daily operation process.Therefore,how to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment has become a realistic problem pawnbrokers must face.Historically,the pawnbroking industry has provided options to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.However,in reality,when the pawnbroking industry provides capital needs for enterprises,it also has limited development space and faces the pressure and difficulties brought by macroeconomic and industrial competition.In this paper,Shijiazhuang H company is selected as the research object.Based on the analysis of macro environment,industry environment and competition environment,it is found that China's pawnbroking industry has a promising future and will develop towards the direction of large-scale and brand development.However,China's pawnbroking industry will also face fierce competition in the future.As a stable development company in the field of pawn in Hebei province,H pawn can to some extent reflect the development characteristics and prominent problems of the same industry.Therefore,while effectively dealing with the external environment,the efficient management of the company's business development will help the pawn industry as a whole to develop better.And summarized the relevant literature is presented in this paper,on the basis of obtaining firsthand data from field survey,the pawn business has carried on the deep analysis to the H company,believe that the existence of the business operation riskbig,the loan market development is inadequate,higher financing costs,the cost of capital and the high cost of collateral,non-performing loans new trend obvious,such as the main problem,analysis from two aspects of internal and external causes of problems,mainly displays in the pawn industry related legal system is not perfect,financing more stringent restrictions,financial industry competition is intense,and social cognitive wrong to pawn industry,which provide the guidance and basis for optimizing development measures,Furthermore,Suggestions for improvement are put forward from the external environment and the business development of H company to promote the development of its pawnbroking business.This study also provides new ideas and references for the development of pawnbroking industry of other enterprises in China.
