In recent years,China's securities industry has undergone earth-shaking changes.With the full implementation of the floating commission system and the full implementation of the mobile phone account opening function under the Internet economy,the competition in the securities industry has reached an unprecedented white-hot stage.The business department is a branch of a securities company.By December 2018,there were 10,458 securities departments in China,a large number.Facing the requirements of the industry's own transformation and the double pressure of foreign securities firms entering,the research on the promotion of the marketing power of the business department has become an urgent and important topic.As one of the decisive factors of the enterprise's core competitiveness,the marketing force has been paid more and more attention by the management academic circle and enterprises.However,on the one hand,due to the progress of The Times,marketing force elements have been injected with new elements such as science and technology.On the other hand,due to the different market positioning of enterprises and the integration of internal and external resources of enterprises,the promotion of each element of marketing force is not the same.Therefore,there are still many problems waiting to be explored in the promotion of enterprises' own marketing power.From the perspective of combining theory with practice,this paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the research on marketing force at home and abroad,applies the basic theory of marketing force in marketing,and analyzes the actual performance of marketing force index in the marketing force of Shijiazhuang business department of A Securities Company.Secondly,the specific embodiment of the marketing force index elements were summarized,data were collected through questionnaire survey,and SPSS was used for factor analysis to obtain the key influencing factors of the marketing force of Shijiazhuang business department of A Securities Company.Finally,in the promotion of the marketing force of the key factors of the measures to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.In the highly competitive market environment of the securities industry,this paper not only provides a reliable theoretical basis for the promotion of the marketing force of the business department in the future,but also provides some guidance for the promotion of the marketing force of the business department of other domestic securities companies.At the same time,the conclusion part of this paper,put forward the paper for the promotion of A securities company business department marketing force research deficiencies,gave the follow-up to this subject in-depth research and improvement of the direction.
