Research On Synergies Of Different Levels In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Manufacturing

Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,is the foundation of the country,the instrument of the country.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,especially after the reform and opening up,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.In 2010,China’s manufacturing output exceeded that of the United States to become the largest manufacturing country in the world.But in general,China’s manufacturing industry is still big,but not strong.In the context of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is a feasible way to make the manufacturing sector bigger and stronger to push traditional industries to the medium-high end,gradually reduce overcapacity,promote the coordinated development of large and medium-sized enterprises,and further optimize the development layout of the manufacturing sector.Among them,optimizing the development layout of the manufacturing industry is the most long-term and strategic,and the most representative of Chinese characteristics.Since the implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy six years ago,the changes of its manufacturing structure can best reflect the level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.The research of this paper is not only conducive to correctly understanding the similar industrial structure of the manufacturing industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,but also to correctly feedback the effect of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Many documents on the regional industrial structure have adopted the method of combining regional specialization and regional structure index to measure the regional industrial structure.By analyzing and comparing many indicators of industrial structure,this paper selects the index that can simultaneously measure the industrial structure of multiple regions--the industrial structure similarity index and the regional specialization index--the location quotient to jointly analyze the coordinated development of the manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This paper first uses the location quotient and industrial structure similarity index to calculate the advantages and industrial structural similarity of 13 manufacturing industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and finds that the industrial structuresimilarity of 13 manufacturing industries does not decline with the promotion of coordinated development policy.This is contrary to theoretical expectations.Therefore,this paper will adopt the method of comparative analysis and calculate the location quotient and industrial structural similarity index based on the availability of data for the relevant data of 7 medical manufacturing industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the same period.The results demonstrate that the more subdivision of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in the class can clearly reflect the industrial structure of the degree of similarity of the trend of decline.The study of two industrial levels can prove that the industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are developing towards the tendency of similar industrial structure and can also verify the effectiveness of the coordinated development policy.Depending on the research in this paper,with the specialization of production and the refinement of the division of labor,the method of studying the similarity of industrial structure at a single industry level has been impossible to meet the current more detailed market division model.Therefore,under the background of more and more detailed market division of labor,only by studying the industrial structure at multiple industrial levels can a more scientific conclusion be reached and more practical policy Suggestions be put forward,thus contributing to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
