Research On The Coordinated Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Based On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

As one of China’s three major national strategies,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important part of China’s regional coordinated development,bringing new opportunities for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Pushing the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to find a scientific and sustainable path of coordinated development is the need to build a new capital economic circle for the future and promote regional development system and mechanism innovation.Since it was proposed,due to various factors,the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has not yet made substantial progress.Compared with the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta,the regional development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is in a disadvantaged position,and there are a lot of problems that need to be solved urgently.lt is an important way to realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to make solid progress based on the complementary advantages and mutual benefits of the three regions.Solving the gap in the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is too large,and the problem of uneven development is an important goal of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The research shows that the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is one of the important manifestations of economic development.The uncoordinated development of industrial structure is an important factor restricting the coordinated development of the industry,and hindering the process of regional coordinated development.This paper makes an in-depth study on the industrial structure of Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebei region,promoting the further optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and making contributions to the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on regional synergy and industrial structure upgrading.Then it describes the theory of industrial structure upgrading and regional synergy development and the definition of related concepts,and divides the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional system into three subsystems of economy,society and resource environment,and analyzes the impact of industrial structure upgrade on three subsystems.To explore the mechanism of industrial structure upgrading on reg.Then,selecting the data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2005 to 2017,through calculating the similarity coefficient and location quotient of the industrial structure of the three provinces and cities to analyze the development status and existing problems of the industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and discuss the development status of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei synergy from three aspects of transportation,resources-environment and industry.Subsequently,a model of synergy degree of composite system is constructed to measure the regional synergy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.It is found that the synergy development of the region is good at present,but it still needs further improvement.The grey relational analysis model is constructed by choosing the corresponding industrial structure indicators to analyze the degree of correlation between industrial structure upgrading and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional coordinated development.It is concluded that the proportion of tertiary industry output value,Hoffinan index and the proportion of tertiary industry practitioners play a greater role in regional coordinated development.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the relevant policy recommendations are puting forward.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should break administrative barriers,vigorously develop the tertiary industry while promoting the adjustment of the secondary industry,optimize the employment structure,and accelerate the process of coordinated development between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
