Investigation And Analysis Of Long-term Care Insurance Demand In Henan Province

At present,China has entered the aging society,the elderly,the ability to be inaniable and some of the maintenance of the person nels has become the focus of social concern.A series of difficult problems brought about by the aging of the population have challenged various provinces in China,and many provinces have gradually carried out the pilot work of long-term nursing insurance in order to solve these problems,and accumulated profound practical experience after years of development.Henan Province is a large population province,the number of elderly people is rising,the aging level is rising rapidly,along with the division of labor within the family functions and the family structure miniaturization,the care of the incapacitated and semi-incapacitated personnel has become a difficult problem for the family.How to solve the long-term care problem of the elderly,ensure the quality of life of the elderly to improve happiness,reduce the family burden of the middle-aged and young groups,gradually become the focus of society,is an important factor to promote social harmony and stability.The establishment of long-term nursing insurance system and the improvement of social security system is an important way to solve this problem,however,Henan Province has not yet carried out the pilot work of this kind of insurance,so this paper takes the form of a questionnaire to study the needs of residents of Henan Province for long-term nursing insurance.This article is divided into six parts.The first part mainly analyzes the significance of establishing long-term nursing insurance system under the background of population aging,expounds the main research literature at home and abroad,the research method,innovation point and the shortcomings.The second part starts with the definition of long-term nursing insurance,introduces the classification of the insurance type,the nursing mode and the evaluation criteria of deactivation.The third part expounds the feasibility and necessity of developing long-term nursing insurance system in Henan Province from different aspects.The fourth part is based on the questionnaire statistical analysis,through the card test to find that age,education,personal income,account type,number of brothers and sisters,the number of children and health insurance type of seven factors on the long-term care insurance needs show editability,in addition,according to the survey in-depth analysis of the specific needs ofthe respondents for the insurance content.The fifth part discusses the long-term nursing insurance system in Japan and the pilot situation in Qingdao,China,and summarizes the relevant experience to promote the establishment of long-term nursing insurance system in Henan Province.The sixth part is based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,the experience at home and abroad and the actual situation in Henan Province,and put forward the relevant suggestions for the establishment of long-term nursing insurance system,with a view to providing theoretical support and some help for the development of long-term nursing insurance in Henan Province,and promoting the improvement of the relevant system.
