In recent years,Chinese economic growth has slowed down.In order to promote economic transformation and upgrading,the country has vigorously furthered supplyside structural reform and implemented innovation-driven development strategies.In this situation,the importance of high-tech companies is becoming increasingly apparent.High-tech new companies have become a principal part of innovation and entrepreneurship in China,and its development has provided new driver for China's economic transformation.Leaders play an important role in the process of managing innovation,and related research has also revealed the importance of entrepreneurial leadership to high-tech innovative companies.Based on the research of related theories,the paper builds a research model among four variables of entrepreneurial leadership,challenging stress,team identification,and employees' innovation behavior.The study,with knowledge workers in high-tech new enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta as an object of investigation,collected 214 valid sample data,and analyzed the data by SPSS 23 and AMOS 22 software.The following are main conclusions:Entrepreneurial leadership has a positive impact on employees' innovation behavior;entrepreneurial leadership has a positive impact on challenging stress;challenging stress has a positive impact on employees' innovation behavior;challenging stress plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial leadership and employees' innovation behavior;team identification has a positive moderation effect between entrepreneurial leadership and employees' innovation behavior.Finally,in line with the main conclusions above,a lot of practical suggestions on how to improve employees' innovative behavior are put forward.Based on the shortcomings of this study,a number of prospects for the future research are put forward.
