The industry turnover of enterprises is rising year by year, particularly in blue collar employment industry, under the background of economy new normal the labor costs in enterprises is rising at the same output, employee turnover not only increases the cost of enterprise management, but also bring the loss of talents,we cannot neglect the problem of turnover. From the perspective of employee voluntary turnover, taking the current situation that new generation of blue-collar migrant workers lack of sense of belonging and their heavy economic pressure,as well as their raising demand into consideration, this paper researched the influence of pay level satisfaction on employee turnover intention under the moderation of job embeddedness.Through empirical research of 318 samples we have found that pay level satisfaction and job embeddedness both have negative effects on turnover intention, and job embeddedness plays the role of moderator between the pay level satisfaction and turnover intention, also, job embeddedness and pay level satisfaction of employees are positively correlated. The results imply that the level of turnover intention of the new generation of blue collar not only affected by Pay Level Satisfaction, but also influenced by external factors such as job embedding(compatibility with the organization and sense of belonging to the community). The innovation of this paper lies in the focus on a single dimension—pay level satisfaction, and the combination of the whole job embeddedness model to study their effect on turnover intention of new generation blue collar employees.Based on the two aspects,we put forward some suggestions for the enterprise turnover management.
