Research On Performance Evaluation Of The WY Sub-branch Of The Postal Bank Of China

With the deepening of China's financial supply-side reform,reducing financing costs,supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and easing the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises are the top priorities of China's economic development in the coming period of time.The WY Sub-branch of China Postal Savings Bank strives to become an active practitioner of inclusive finance based on serving economic and social development and people's livelihood..However,in recent years,the WY Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China has encountered some difficulties in credit business and personal financial business,which has affected the improvement of its operating performance and core competitiveness,and further affected its sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a set of perfect management performance evaluation system to provide timely reference for the managers and investors of WY sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China so as to make more scientific decisions.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration results of enterprise performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of operating performance of the WY sub-branches of China postal savings bank,expounds the design principles of its operating performance evaluation index and constructs an operating performance evaluation system.At the same time,it takes the financial data of 18 sub-branches of China postal savings bank including WY sub-branch of China postal savings bank in Jiangxi province as samples for comprehensive evaluation and comparison of operating performance in the past three years,and then puts forward the strategies for improving the performance of WY sub-branches of China postal savings bank.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The WY Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China took green finance as an opportunity to make full use of its strengths to offset its weaknesses,improve its quality and increase its efficiency,and achieved new breakthroughs in various businesses by "expanding the credit market,improving the company's image,making real financial transformation and providing detailed management support".(2)The operating performance of WY Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China is affected by profitability,safety,liquidity,growth and other factors.In the past three years,the profitability of operating performance is generally good but has a downward trend.The operating safety is good,liquidity and growth are insufficient.There is still much room for improvement in operating performance.(3)The operating performance of the WY sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China in the past 3 years ranks second among 18 sub-branches of Postal Savings Bank of China in Jiangxi Province,and the overall performance is weak.Comparatively speaking,although WY Branch of China Postal Savings Bank has good profitability,its security growth fluctuates greatly.Although liquidity has a good trend,its overall performance is still poor.(4)The WY Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China should improve profitability by giving priority to the development of credit business,transforming and upgrading individual fund business,expanding and digging deep cultivation business.It should enhance the risk control through strengthening supervision and strengthening risk management.It should enhance liquidity through the implementation of relevant government policies,activation and management of "two hands hard",prevention and control of non-performing loans "entrance".It should enhance growth by innovating product business,improving service level,speeding up cultural construction,strengthening learning and training.The WY Sub-branch of Postal Savings Bank of China should make overall plans and take the above measures to improve its operation performance promote its sustainable and healthy development.
