Since 2013,the State Council has issued a series of policies to encourage private capital to enter the field of medical imaging,build medical imaging diagnostic centers,enhance scientific and technological research and development capabilities,and vigorously promote the development of medical imaging equipment in China.In 2018,China's investment in health care was about 354.8 billion yuan,and in 2019 it was 301.5 billion yuan,down slightly from 2018.The medical industry is regarded as a new growth point of wealth after the information technology industry and is favored by investors.Although the investment amount in 2019 will drop,the investment in medical health is still booming.Especially in the field of image products,independent image centers have been built and put into use since 2014.There are many new companies supported by large consortia,such as Anson Image,Yimai Sunshine Image,etc.There are also powerful Tongxin Medical Association Image and Wingspan Medical Image Groups.Based on the relevant literature and the theory and practice of market competition strategy at home and abroad,this paper takes cape video as the research object,analyzes the external competitive environment and internal development environment of cape video using porter's five-force analysis model and PEST macro-environment analysis model,finds out the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by cape video company,and then puts forward the positioning and implementation strategy of the development strategy of cape video market with differentiation strategy as the core.As a young company,Cape Imagery has developed rapidly in recent years,but at the same time it has also exposed many problems.Through the research on the development strategy of Cape Imagery,this paper will make Cape Imagery have better development and hope to provide important reference basis for the development of other companies in the sameindustry.
