The national policy support to the Internet industry,the remarkable improvement of China's network infrastructure capability and the huge market capacity have made Internet enterprises develop rapidly and gradually.With the passage of time,post-90 s employees have gradually become the backbone of Internet enterprises.They are a generation with distinct characteristics,willing to accept challenges and new things,and pay more attention to the quality of interaction with leaders and their sense of self-efficacy.As post-90 s employees bring fresh blood and vitality to Internet enterprises,there are also problems such as low loyalty to enterprises and higher turnover intention.When the current leadership style of enterprises cannot solve this problem,how to change the leadership style to stimulate employees' subjective cognition and thus reduce employees' turnover intention is the focus of this study.This study chooses post-90 s employees of Internet enterprises as the research object,starting from the perspective of social cognitive theory and through literature analysis,constructs a model with service-oriented leadership as independent variable,self-efficacy as intermediary variable and turnover intention as dependent variable,and divides service-oriented leadership into three dimensions: vision,service and authorization.Self-efficacy is divided into six dimensions: planning,control,knowledge updating,information processing,relationship management and problem solving.Turnover intention is divided into one dimension,and then puts forward relevant assumptions.Then,the statistical software SPSS20.0 is used to carry out empirical analysis on 249 valid questionnaire data collected to verify the research hypothesis.The research conclusions are as follows: First,service-oriented leadership and its dimensions have positive effects on employees' self-efficacy in planning,control,knowledge updating,information processing and problem solving,but there is no correlation with relationship management self-efficacy;Secondly,service-oriented leadership and its dimensions have a significant negative impact on employees' turnover intention.Thirdly,employee self-efficacy and its dimensions have significant negative effects on turnover intention.Finally,self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between service-oriented leadership and turnover intention.According to the above empirical results,this paper provides relevant suggestions for the leadership of Internet enterprises from the two aspects of implementing service-oriented leadership style and improving employees' self-efficacy,so as to reduce the turnover tendency of post-90 s employees.
