With the globalization of the economy,it has gradually penetrated into all levels.For the team,the competition in the market has become particularly fierce,and the environment in which the team is located has changed more and more rapidly.The team is facing many new and complex tasks that cannot be completed only by individual strength.In such a market environment,the traditional organizational structure is facing great pressure and challenges.Only by establishing a team,gathering the strengths of all people,strengthening and deepening the cooperation between employees,can the team occupy a favorable competitive position in the market,so team building is particularly important for the organization.In the situation of tight market,logistics companies are faced with great pressure,and the team building of marketing team is particularly important,which needs to constantly self-optimize and upgrade.Based on the theory of management and the characteristics of logistics companies,this paper studies the current situation of a company's marketing team,as well as the company's management mode.This paper makes a detailed analysis of a company's basic situation,the company's organizational structure and the personnel of the marketing team,and through the above analysis,the current a logistics company's marketing team building is found There are three problems: the lack of a perfect training system,the establishment of incentive mechanism is not perfect,and the existing management process.On the one hand,these problems are caused by the marketing personnel themselves,on the other hand,by the management of logistics companies.The research object of this article is marketing team.It discusses two aspects of marketing team as theory,one is team management,the other is performance management.According to the understanding of the development process of a logistics company,I have also carried out some exploration and research.Based on the relevant knowledge of management,I have found out the main problems occurring in the company's team,and conducted in-depth analysis of these problems,so as to make some specific theoretical basis and scheme for these problems,such as: how to improve the existing marketing team's Comprehensive ability? How to build an efficient team?In view of the above problems,combined with the management theory,this paper puts forward the construction of marketing team objectives,team member construction and team positioning construction.The project design is based on the objectives and principles of marketing team construction.Through the process of team building objectives,team culture,work assessment mechanism,and "model" customers,human resource allocation and channel are the basic processes Communication and exchange plan,culture construction plan,performance evaluation plan and incentive plan are the detailed settings of marketing team construction plan.Through four measures of culture strategy level guarantee,human level guarantee,organization structure level guarantee and system level guarantee,the implementation of marketing team construction plan can be successfully implemented.In this paper,through the study of the construction plan of the marketing team,I think we should seriously understand the development history of the company or the enterprise,find out the existing problems of the company,and carefully analyze these problems in-depth,so that we can formulate solutions to the problems,adjust according to the existing problems of the enterprise and the team,and build the marketing team of the University.
