Study On Team Building Management For Logistic Center Project Based On C Company

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,many foreign logistics enterprises have entered Chinese market;it put forward great challenge in operation and organization management for China's logistics.In the face of both domestic and foreign competitors,the development of modern logistics and construction of city logistics center has become one of the effective and important means to deal with the market competition for C Company.City Logistics Center have great advantages in rational allocation of resources,improve the efficiency of logistics and reduce the logistics cost.How to effectively build the city logistics center project has become one of the forefronts of management subject.Among them,in order to make the city logistics center to obtain and maintain competitive advantage,team building has become the core content of modern logistics development.Therefore,the research on the team building of logistics center project having very important sense.In this paper,it used management,logistics and operations research for theoretical analysis on city logistics center's concept and classification,team's concept and the concept and theoretical basis of team building and other aspects.It has taking C company logistics centre construction projects as an empirical study.According to C Company logistics center construction project's damage,it elaborates the concepts for logistics center,team building and project management.After fully understand the meaning and significance of a logistics center project,it in-depth analyses the organization operating mechanism of the logistics center then make the result that the key for logistic center's sustainable development is reasonable team construction.Thus team building is one of the core contents for develop modern logistics.In this paper,from the results of the survey,it specific describe the eight main aspects of the logistics center construction project in C company's team building process.Base on in-depth analysis and follow four aspects for:training mechanism,the mode of communication,motivation and culture construction,this paper has raise the feasible methods to solve the problems and effective implementation plan.The theoretical analysis of this article and after part of the practice for the optimization and improvement for C Company has proved that use the team building management and the related theory which meet the actual situation to improve C Company's core competitiveness is realistic and feasible.It can fundamentally solve the existing problems,and also to help the efficient operation of the project management team to build for the future development of the logistics center of C Company to provide a lasting competitive.
