Since the 21 st century,enterprises have faced more complicated domestic and international political and economic development environment in the market competition.The development of enterprises faces the diversified needs of consumers.The focus of competition is from the competition of single products to the comprehensive strength of quality,service and talents.The competition for talents is more intense.How to reduce the rate of brain drain and improve satisfaction is the practical problem that the management academic community and the real industry jointly discuss and solve.As the main link in the human resources management process,performance management is the main focus of enterprises in solving practical management problems.A company is a subsidiary of the GDP Group and one of the top 50 Chinese patent medicine manufacturers with systematic group management experience and models.However,since 2012,with the continuous development of competitors in the market,the diversification and individualized demand of consumer groups,this has had a big impact on the business development of A,the company’s performance has declined,and core sales management talents have been lost.Larger,the performance management implemented by it is more formal,the satisfaction of team members is reduced,and the reform through human resource management is sought to promote development.This paper uses the theory of performance management,performance improvement related theory,competency iceberg model in human resource management,uses literature research method to sort out the status quo of domestic and international performance management and related research theories;case study and questionnaire survey on A company marketing team And the status quo of performance management of marketing clerk was investigated and analyzed.It was found that A company marketing staff had lower satisfaction with current performance management,and there were problems in the application of performance appraisal indicators,weights,processes,feedback and results.Using BSC and KPI methods,follow fair,just,and scientific,balance the long-term and short-term interests of enterprises,teams and individuals,and improve indicators and adjust performance from the aspects of financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,learning and growth dimension.The management weight,rating level and method have improved the system’s performance management system.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of performance management improvement strategy,from the aspects of performance management understanding,system construction,organization and implementation,resource allocation,etc.Construction of supporting measures.This paper systematically studies the status quo of performance management of A’s marketing team.It has important research significance for improving the problems of A’s marketing team’s performance management assessment system and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the marketing team.It is the food industry and retail in China.The management of the marketing team of the industry has certain reference and reference value.
