As a new industry in China's modern economic market,the electronic information industry has gradually developed into one of China's most important pillar industries under the influence of reform and opening up and economic globalization.According to the statistics of 2018,the number of large-scale domestic enterprises that manufacture electronic information products has exceeded 30,000,and the overall profit of the electronic information manufacturing industry is also continuously increasing,and it has a good market prospect.X Electronics Company is a limited liability company established in 2018.and some problems have gradually emerged in its operation and development,including: fuzzy market positioning,long product delivery period,limited sales channels and few promotion channels,which are extremely unfavorable for the steady development of X Electronics Company in the later period.Based on this research background,this article fully researches the marketing strategy of X Electronics Company through five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,starting from the background of China's smart connected electronics industry,mainly expounding the research background,research significance,research methods and research contents used in the paper.The third chapter first summarizes X Electronics Company from the organizational structure and operating conditions,and then analyzes the industry background by analyzing the overall application of the domestic electrical equipment market and the application of the automotive industry.Analysis of the sales status of X Electronics Company in terms of sales and promotion,and finally put forward related issues such as fuzzy market positioning,long product delivery period,limited sales channels,and few promotion channels in the marketing process of X Electronics Company.The fourth chapter mainly expounds the specific marketing strategies of X Electronics Company.From the aspects of product market division,X electronics company market selection,and target market positioning strategy,it expounds X electronics company's STP strategy,and puts forward targeted formulation of suitable prices,pay attention to the R & D and production of products,product management,improve the efficiency of sales activities,strengthen the publicity and promotion of products and other marketing strategies.Finally,from the strengthening of the construction of sales team and the quality of after-sales service,the paper explains the implementation of marketing strategies.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.It mainly summarizes the research content of this article,and analyzes the shortcomings of the article,and pave the way for further research in the later period.On the one hand,the marketing strategy proposed in this article ensures that X Electronics can continue to develop steadily and on the other hand,it also provides a certain reference for the operation and development of other electronics companies.
