As the booming of Ind 4.0,China launched its "made in China 2025" strategy,designed to promote domestic industry to intelligent manufacturing,the intension is to drive the transformation of the Industry in China,to strength the power of the county in the world.Industrial rectangular connector is the key component of intelligent manufacturing system,it plays an important role in the process of industrial intelligent,with the trends of the industrial development,the potential market opportunity and attractive for this connector is getting much higher.T company is leading connector manufacturer in the world.Also on of the leading company in the industrial rectangular connector area.However,as the domestic market booming,the competition getting more intensive,T company facing significant challenge from its global and local competitors,market share in risk.This article is targeting the industrial rectangular connector from T company,starting from status analysis,collecting voice from customers and internals employees,go through the process of data processing,utilized the tool of 4Ps to structure the status in a logic way.The STP was also introduced to segment the market in to different segmentations,a Value Proposition was used to differentiate the competitive status of T with the others,and also helping to position T company in the market to customers,it is a typical and representable process for problem fixing.The ultimate goal is the helping the growth of the company with growth financially and technically.
