Study On The Satisfaction Of Rural Residents Participating In Basic Endowment Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Changchun City

China is a big agricultural country,rural residents account for a large proportion of China's population.Rural social stability is not only related to the healthy and sustainable development of China's national economy,but also related to the realization of the goal of building a harmonious society.With the rapid development of the market economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the traditional way of family pension is gradually weakened,and the problem of rural pension is becoming increasingly prominent.Further improving and perfecting the basic social pension insurance system is of great significance for achieving the goal of providing for and supporting the elderly.As China has a vast territory and different regions have different economic development levels,the implementation of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents varies greatly in different regions.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out targeted research on specific regions.Therefore,this study takes Changchun as the research area,on the basis of field research,a questionnaire was designed to evaluate the satisfaction of rural residents in Changchun in participating in the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents,identify the main influencing factors of satisfaction,and then propose countermeasures and suggestions,in order to give full play to the effectiveness of the basic social security system of social pension insurance and improve the satisfaction of rural residents participating in the social pension insurance for urban and rural residents,promote the effective operation of the basic old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.The thesis mainly includes three research contents:First of all,this paper sorts out the development process of the rural old-age insurance system in Changchun and expounds the operation of basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in Changchun.At present,rural residents are the main participants of the basic pension insurance for urban and rural residents in Changchun,the enthusiasm of women participating in insurance is obviously higher than that of men,the number of recipients of insurance benefits increased rapidly,and there are mainly problems such as the slow growth rate of the number of rural insured people,the low level of payment,the decline in payment rate and the greater pressure on the expenditure of insurance funds.Secondly,based on the theory of customer satisfaction,relevant data were obtained by means of questionnaires to measure the overall satisfaction of rural residents in Changchun in participating in the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and identify the main influencing factors of satisfaction.The research results show that the overall satisfaction of rural residents to participate in the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents is at an above average level.Factors such as the respondents' age,educational level,number of children,insurance guarantee degree,government subsidy standard,insurance application process,insurance payment qualification certification,service attitude and business level of handling agency staff,publicity content and troubleshooting have significant influence on the satisfaction of rural residents participating in insurance.Finally,based on the reality of Jilin province,based on the operation status of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in Changchun city and the empirical research results,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rural residents' satisfaction with the insurance: strengthening policy publicity,improving the cultural level of rural residents,improving the level of pension treatment and making every effort to create “wisdom of social insurance”.
