With the application of cloud computing,big data,5G and other technologies in the medical field,new digital medical applications such as telemedicine and smart medicine derived from medical digitization have ushered in a new spring.The rapid development of medical digitalization intensifies the fierce competition of medical device companies,which makes enterprises need to focus on technological leadership and management innovation.In this context,for medical device enterprises,in order to seize the opportunity under the current trend,we must actively respond to the changes in development,formulate a clear corporate strategy and finally make the strategy landing.Under the circumstances,if medical device enterprises want to seize the opportunity,they must actively respond to the changes in the development.In this paper,the research object is Angell Company,which was founded in 2002 and is a global professional digital medical imaging equipment supplier.The company not only needs to expand the market and increase the scale,but also needs to build and further improve a strategy-oriented performance management system to improve the organizational performance and the ability of sustainable development.Firstly,this paper elaborates the connotation of strategic performance management by combing domestic and foreign literature on performance management,and conducts theoretical research on the tools,methods and development trend of strategic performance management,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the following research.Secondly,from the aspects of system design,index system,evaluation process,application of results and performance improvement,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of Angell Company.And through using balanced scorecard(BSC)and key performance indicators(KPI),the author draws Angell Company's strategic map,builds strategic performance target system,and extracts 28 first-level indicators,which are decomposed the secondary and tertiary indicators,and finally establishes a strategic performance management system and security system.Thirdly,successfully combining with the target system,management system and guarantee system of strategic performance,the author applicate performance management in Angell Company.Strategic performance management system is like a complicated system engineering,the research achievements of this paper play an important role in promoting the strategic decoding of company,constructing the index system combining strategic objectives and performance objectives,effectively implementing the performance management and incentive mechanism,grasping the main contradictions,and improving the organizational performance and core competitive advantage.At the same time,it also provides reference for China's medical device industry in building strategy-oriented performance management system.
