The electronic information industry has witnessed an amazing growth rate and development,becoming the most important strategic industry in the world today with the communication,computer and software industries as the main body.China's electronic information industry has maintained a rapid development speed and has become the backbone of exports.Since the 1990 s,the growth rate of China's electronic information industry has surpassed the development of the national economy and spurred the development of the national economy.This article is based on the theory and method of strategic management and the development of the electronic information industry,discussing the necessary safeguards for the deployment and implementation of the Suojia group of Shenzhen and the future development strategies.Firstly,this paper elaborates the background and significance of the research by sorting out relevant literature and analyzing theoretical knowledge,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Porter's five forces model and other methods are used to analyze the external threats and opportunities faced by Shenzhen Suojia group.At the same time,this article analyzes Shenzhen Suojia group's internal environment and ability assessment,the use of core business stability,further play to the advantages as well as the rational treatment of their own weaknesses,consideration about strengths and circumstantial weaknesses.Thirdly,based on the strategic theory and method,this paper explains the enterprise mission and vision of Shenzhen Suojia group,defines the development strategy positioning and objectives,and then combines the company's mission and strategic objectives,compares the alternative strategic plans,determines its strategic choice,and makes specific strategic planning.Finally,the paper puts forward the implementation steps of the development strategy of Shenzhen Suojia group,explains the main problems in the implementation process of the strategy,and makes solutions according to the actual situation.In order to adjust and improve the organizational structure,improve the management concept,optimize the financial management structure,build the human resources system,spread and promote the enterprise culture and brand,and summarize the basic conclusions of this paper in the last.Based on the research,this paper hopes to enhance the market competitiveness of Shenzhen Suojia Group in the fierce market competition environment,so as to establish clear goals in the development of the industry,strong expansion of many powerful foreign companies and many powerful domestic famous brands.In the midst of a firm foothold,further develop its own unique advantages,and strive to become an important role that couldn't be replaced among the consumers,making the company a well-known enterprise.
