Research On Risk Management Of Innovative Drug Project Of YB Company

With the pace of global economic integration,the competition of Chinese pharmaceutical industry is no longer just the competition between domestic pharmaceutical enterprises,but is pushed into the it and layout in advance,so the whole product structure,market growth space appear "ceiling phenomenon",lead to enterprise performance of weak growth in recent years.The research and development of innovative drugs is the key for YB company to break the business dilemma.The decision-making level of the company has gradually realized the importance of innovative drug research and development.Currently,the strategic layout of new drug research and development is "traditional Chinese medicine to maintain the foundation,generic drugs to be the industry,and innovative drugs to seek breakthroughs",The New Deal,but due to the national drug management medicine research and development of the ecological environment,great changes have taken place,YB company due to no innovative drug research for many years,can be drawn lessons from the lack of experience,feeling the stones across the river stage,especially on innovative drug r&d project management risk management appeared many problems,has paid a lot of "tuition".It is urgent and imperative for YB company to strengthen risk management and avoid and reduce risk influence on innovative drug research and development projects.Through the empirical study on the risk management of YB's innovative drug r&d project,this paper found that there were problems in the risk management of YB's innovative drug r&d project,such as the simplification of risk identification methods,the subjectivism of risk assessment,the formalization of risk response,and the limitation of risk control.Through interviews and field investigation,the causes of risk management problems were analyzed,mainly including the lack of efficient organizational structure,imperfect risk management system,weak awareness of modern risk management of leaders,and lack of enterprise risk culture.Finally,according to the actual situation of YB company,the paper applies the theory of risk management to put forward strategies for strengthening risk management and reasonably avoiding risks from the aspects of perfecting risk management identification method,improving risk assessment system,refining risk response strategies,strengthening risk management and control,and integrating internal and external resources.Through the research of this topic,key risk factors were comprehensively identified for the innovative drug r&d of YB company,the risk assessment model based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was established,and the risk control process was proposed to make the risk management more scientific and systematic,and enrich the relevant theories of risk management of innovative drug r&d projects.It provides valuable theoretical basis for the construction of this discipline,and also provides useful reference for pharmaceutical enterprises and r&d organizations to strengthen risk management.
