With the rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization, the increasingly fierce competition in the market, and technological innovation is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, to be based in the fierce competition in the market and the key to sustainable development, especially for technology upon which the survival of high-tech enterprises is particularly important. But technological innovation projects as a co-existence of risks and benefits of activities, with a complex, high-risk, exploratory, competitiveness, continuity and intelligence-intensive projects which different from traditional projects.With the rapid development of high-tech enterprises, as a national innovation system is an important component of the national policy with the support of a large number of technical innovations. Therefore, how to effectively identify, assess and respond to the risks of technological innovation, is essential to help high-tech enterprises improve the success rate of technological innovation and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and the construction of an innovative country.This paper describes our high-tech enterprises in the system characteristics and the relevant technical innovation risk management theory, based on a bio-pharmaceutical high-tech enterprise GO Corporation HepDX technology innovation project as a case study, using the approach of a combination theoretical and practical, focusing on building and discussing the risk planning, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response and risk monitoring as the five stages of GO Corporation HepDX technological innovation project risk management process. In this study, first under the GO companies HepDX technical innovation project risk management planning as well as the sources and characteristics of project risks, develop appropriate technical innovations GO project risk identification table, and then compare a variety of integrated risk assessment model based on Select AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the risk assessment model for quantitative analysis and risk assessment based on the results presented GO company’s continued innovation process and monitor risk response strategies. Finally GO companies should give priority to technological innovation strategy model, to help the similar business managers in decision-making.
