For professional equipment manufacturers,a series of key factors such as environment,structure,management model and customer demand are changing at great times,and the traditional performance evaluation system can no longer meet new development needs.Enterprises must prosper in the ever-changing industry environment,and must form their unique corporate culture,correct and reasonable corporate strategy and reasonable scientific performance structure.This paper uses the Balanced Scorecard as a performance management tool,and designs and evaluates the GT performance management system,as follows: The first chapter is the introduction,including the background of the topic,research significance,literature review and so on.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories of performance management and balanced scorecard,as the theoretical support of the article.The third chapter briefly describes the current operation status of GT company,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of GT company by SWOT analysis,analyzes the limitations of its existing performance appraisal system,and expounds the necessity of introducing balanced scorecard for GT company.Sex.The fourth chapter is to build GT's balanced scorecard performance appraisal system,which is the focus of this paper.First point out the design ideas,draw the company's strategic map,and then establish the performance appraisal system of GT company at the company level by selecting indicators,explaining indicators,assigning weights,obtaining index values,and setting evaluation criteria.Then it briefly describes the design ideas of the assessment system at the GT functional department and post level.The fifth chapter applies the design system to GT company,analyzes the application results and proposes implementation suggestions in performance management for the problems arising from the operation of the balanced scorecard.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook.Explain the research significance and deficiencies of this paper,and put forward the prospects for related research.
