Manufacturing is the main industry for achieving modernization, industrialization,informatization and urbanization of China,it also the foundation of national industrial competitiveness.A large increase of foreign investment in China,especially in manufacturing industry, has developed rapidly the acceleration of global economic integration.Although Chinese manufacturing is important in the international division of labor system,the overall level is still low at the global value chain.International competitiveness is infirm,independent innovation ability is weak.Apparently,it seriously restricts the economic growth and international competitiveness of China.At present, the development of performance evaluation of manufacturing enterprises are still use simple performance evaluation indicators,especially focused on the financial evaluation.To a great extent,it will restricting the long-term development of enterprises.As a result,to establish a reasonable and scientific performance evaluation index system has its inevitability.Based the actual situation on the domestic manufacturing enterprises,appling balanced scorecard to the performance evaluation system of domestic manufacturing enterprise will improving performance evaluation level,and overcoming the short-term behavior,eventually improving the long-term competitive advantage of domestic manufacturing enterprises.There are five parts in this paper.First of all,introducing the writing background and research significance,discussing the research status of enterprise performance evaluation index system between domestic and abroad,and making a research review in chapter one.Secondly, discussing the content of enterprise performance evaluation and the theory of balanced scorecard, and analyzing the defects and deficiencies of performance evaluation system of domestic manufacturing enterprise in chapter two ang three.Third,taking the home appliance manufacturing enterprises- HD company as example,based on the financial,customer,environmental and safety,internal processes,learning and growth aspects,analyzing the necessity and feasibility of applying the balanced scorecard in chapter four.Finally,applying the balanced scorecard to the HD company according to the performance cycle process,explaining the results of case study,putting forward some policy suggestions and future research directions in chapter five.This paper through study the balanced scorecard of HD company,exploring how the home appliance manufacturing enterprise to use balanced scorecard to improve its performance management level and core competitiveness level under the international competitive circumstance.It also provide a certain reference to promoting the reform and development of home appliance manufacturing enterprises.
