Management Of IT Operation And Maintenance In Chengdu Data Center Of Company A

At present,with the continuous development of domestic Internet information,data as a commercial development resource,its role has been different from the past,so domestic large companies have generally begun to establish their own data centers to store and use all the data generated in the company's operation,but for such a large number of data.According to the center,in order to maintain normal operation,it is necessary to carry out effective IT operations and maintenance.IT operation and maintenance is the basic supporting part of IT industry,and also the most complex and widely used part of content projects.It involves a series of important contents such as data protection,information security,technical services and so on.There are more or less risk hidden dangers in these content projects,which may lead to disasters if not handled properly.The consequence of difficulty,therefore,the quality of risk management in IT operation and maintenance will directly determine the success or failure of IT operation and maintenance.At present,many data centers do not pay enough attention to the risks associated with I operation and maintenance.They only solve the problems arising from IT operation and maintenance,but do not deal with the risks from the root,leading to the emergence of a vicious circle.Therefore,this paper takes Chengdu Data Center of A Company as an example.Firstly,it combs the relevant theories and research status.Then,it briefly introduces the operation and maintenance of A Company and its data center.Starting from the current situation of operation and maintenance management of its data center,it identifies the existing risks.Then,it identifies the risks through AHP analytic hierarchy process.The overall risk is analyzed,and the weight values of various risks are obtained,so as to judge the urgency of the risk.Finally,according to the calculation results,countermeasures are put forward in four aspects: operation management,cost management,technology management and safety management,and three safeguard measures are put forward.It is hoped that through this study,some practical results and valuable theories on risk management in IT field will be obtained,which will be helpful to the risk management of IT operation and maintenance in enterprise data center.
