Nowadays,Global Economic Integration and Internet Economy prevail in the world.The financial industry is facing the opportunities and challenges brought from the Internet Economy.A big foreign bank owns global financial resources as well as marketing networks,which are big strengths to attract domestic and international customers.Meanwhile,the good resources & networks integration also influent on foreign bank in return,that means the operations center plays a more and more important role.A Banking(Chengdu)Operations Centre is the operating center of A Banking Group.All the operation business here has close connections to all banking activities,such as customer service,etc.In recent years,A Banking(Chengdu)Operations Centre faces the increasing pressure of operating cost and the customer satisfaction brought from Internet Economy.Hence,A Banking Global Group promotes “Digitalization” strategy,aiming to control the cost,uplift customer satisfaction,increase marketing competition,and enlarge profit through optimizing process and operation automation etc.This article will study on A Banking(Chengdu)Operations Centre under the background of internet economy development.There are 6 chapters in total in this article.Chapter 1 is the brief introduction about the background,ideas and study methods;Chapter 2 is to introduce key theories mentioned in the article;Chapter 3 gives detailed introduction about current situation of A Banking Operations Centre;Chapter 4 to use SWOT analysis to study on A Bank(Chengdu)Operations Centre,to find out its strength,weakness,opportunity and threat;Chapter 5 to raise proposals to operation center based on the findings above;Chapter 6 is the conclusion of the whole article and insight for future.I've worked at this Operations Centre for several years and witnessed its development for these years.I would like to propose my idea upon my working experience and knowledge to the future of its development.
