With the rapid development of China's economy,the labor market is becoming more flexible,the employment flow of workers is speeding up,and the stability of employees is affected to a certain extent.As the largest economic zone in China,the Yangtze River Delta is the economic center with the strongest comprehensive strength positioned by the central government.Its economic vitality and competitiveness can be seen,and its employee mobility is more flexible.Nowadays,the core competition of an enterprise is the competition of talents.For an enterprise,the stability of employees is the key to the development of an enterprise in a good situation.How to reasonably introduce talents,retain talents,and maintain a stable state of labor force is a problem worthy of in-depth consideration in the context of the shortage and rapid loss of employees.High turnover rate is a huge loss for individuals,enterprises and society.Therefore,enhancing the stability between enterprises and employees is an urgent issue in the labor market.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature of boom expectation and employee stability,and clarifies the impact of boom expectation on employee stability.Secondly,it analyzes the employment stability and the current situation of security development and construction in Zhejiang Province.Based on the observation of theory and current situation,the existing mature factors are removed,and the multiple logistic regression model is established from the perspective of boom expectation for further empirical analysis.It is found that the more optimistic the sales forecast,the profit forecast,the investment forecast and the employment forecast are,the more stable the staff team is.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward suggestions: first,enhance the awareness of interest community and cultural community between employees and enterprises,promote employee stock ownership,link profits with employees,and let employees participate in dividends;second,combine economic and non-economic returns to establish a good salary system;the investment scale follows the principle of steady expansion,and adjust expansion according to specific conditions.Scale and speed;finally,enhance the reputation and reputation of the enterprise,strive to practice corporate social responsibility,enhance the sense of honor of employees,and improve the stability of employees.
