With the development of China’s market economy and the efficiency ofagriculture, rural has been many surplus labor.Because the influence of push and pulltheory， the rural surplus labor come into the city and become one of the city’sindustrial workers. They are the special group in China, they has a special name:peasant worker. Peasant worker is one of the most important group in city’sconstruction. However, the restriction of household register, peasant worker cannotreally integrated into the city. They are the edge people of city. With the changingtime, the older generation of migrant labor gradually pass of from the urbanconstruction, the new generation of migrant workers come into the stage of history.According to China’s National Bureau of Statistics of2011,the number of the newgeneration of migrant workers has become84.87million, accounting for58.4%of thetotal number of migrant worker who come into the city. The new generation ofmigrant workers has become the main ingredient of China’s migrant laborer.Employment is the basis of people’s livelihood. If we can solve the Employmentproblem of the new generation of migrant labor, China’s economic and social canbenefit from it. It is also very important to the construction of harmonious laborrelationship.The tradition theory research focus on the employment of the older generation ofmigrant laborers, the research of the employment of the new generation of peasantlaborers is huge. Currently, the problem of labor shortage has affected rhe enterprise’snormal operation. How to crack the labor shortage problem has become one of themost difficult problem which affects the normal operation activities. It is a great wayto solve the problem of the shortage of migrant workers to increase the employmentstability. This paper selects the various factors that affect the employment stability of newgeneration of peasant workers. Using the Logit model to research the problem ofemployment stability of the new generation of peasant labor. To find out the factorsthat influence the employment stability of new generation of peasant laborer, so thatthis paper can provide reference to the government LinZi district. To providemeasures to solve the problem of the employment stability of the new generation ofpeasant laborers. So we can solve the problem of laborer shortage,so that we caneducate the Talented person. The enterprises will become full of vitality andcompetitiveness and become better and better. Our society will become more andmore peace and stability.
