Studies about the workplace ostracism and work engagement in Kyrgyzstan were not conducted a lot.In light of this,the aim of this paper is to shed light on the relationships between perceived workplace ostracism and work engagement of the employees in private and public organizations.And to measure the mediation role of emotional exhaustion and moderation role of psychological capital.In present study were conducted a survey among citizens of Kyrgyzstan who work for the organization,regardless in private or public.Results showed that the mediator emotional exhaustion is one of the outcomes of perceived workplace ostracism and has the negative impact related to work engagement.And the moderator psychological capital is the state of good mental health is one of the strategies to avoid the negative outcome of workplace ostracism and emotional exhaustion.As the psychological capital helps the employees to recover of the feelings of emotional exhaustion.In addition,we were happy to find out that most participants were engaged to their job,thus there is the possibility of growing the economy of the country.Therefore,the study showed that,as most employees are in a good psychological state,so more they are productive and more successful at the workplace,and more they feel eager to the work.On the other hand,the more employees staying in the emotional exhaustion conditions,the less they have vigor and interest to their job,and thus,they become less engaged to work.
