Domestic fund industry has not paid much attention to marketing.Traditionally,from the product point of view,investment research is more important than marketing.No matter domestic literature,or foreign fund industry research,fund marketing system research is less.It pays more attention to the product system,investment research system and risk control of fund companies.Combining with the actual case of TH Fund Sales Company,this paper uses 7P strategy to analyze and discuss the current marketing status(price,channel,product,service,etc.)of TH Fund Sales Company.It has a guiding role in marketing service business of TH Fund Sales Industry Company.TH Company needs marketing strategy,customer service system,customer value management,etc.in fund sales.Improve,achieve more market share and customer situation.The main contents of this study are strategic analysis and strategy response to TH Company's fund marketing in terms of product price and attributes,channel selection and expansion,service level and capability,management risk and income.Summarize the following points:(1)Investing in human marketing.TH Fund Sales Company needs differentiated services and marketing methods for different investors.Mining customer needs rich investment products and preferential service rates.Through multi-scenario targeted services to cultivate customer and sales platform stickiness.(2)Product type marketing.Combining with the actual operation status of TH's self-management platform,it is suggested that TH Company access the fund products or financial products with high market enthusiasm.In the aspect of introducing products,we should select high quality products of excellent management companies.In terms of drainage,the city commercial banks which have a large number of customers are chosen to cooperate.(3)Channel customer marketing.Customer value will be fully displayed in the process of investment.TH Company classifies it and makes customized marketing plans,so as to make full use of investors' funds and obtain satisfactory returns.Customized services from different channels can differentiate markets and reduce competition pressure with industry competitors.(4)Customer service marketing.TH Company as a platform for customer investment and financial management,the core of the company's long-term operation is win-win between customers and enterprises.TH Company provides high-quality services,investment information and investment products for each investor to safeguard the interests of customers.Customers get satisfactory returns in their investments and trust in the platform increases,so the platform will also benefit from management.
