Nowadays,in the ever-changing social tide,talents are gradually becoming homogenized,making the competitive pressure in the workplace more and more,causing great psychological pressure on employees and causing great physical and mental health for employees.Influence,so domestic and foreign experts and scholars have gradually focused on the study of psychological stress.Personalized "post-90s" has become the main force in today's workplace,so alleviating the psychological pressure of "post-90s" and increasing its work input is one of the important ways to increase corporate performance.This paper takes the “post-90s” enterprise employees as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey method to conduct random surveys.A total of 240 valid questionnaires are retrieved.Exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive statistical analysis and factorial analysis of variance are performed on the data.,regression analysis,and related analysis to explore the relationship between psychological stress and work commitment and professional mission.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis,this paper verifies the relationship between psychological stress,work input and career mission,and draws the following results:First,the "post-90s" employees' workplace stress and its two dimensions have a significant negative correlation with the work input,the psychological pressure and its sense of loss of control and the three dimensions of work commitment,dedication and dedication Significant negative correlation,the tension level of psychological stress is significantly negatively correlated with the vitality and dedication dimension of work input,and the focus dimension of work input is not obvious.Second,the sense of professional mission and work input and its three dimensions show a significant positive correlation,the two dimensions of professional mission and the contribution of altruism and work input and its three dimensions are significantly positively correlated;The sense of mission and value dimension and work input and its three dimensions are not obvious.Third,the sense of professional mission has a significant regulatory effect on the psychological pressure and the impact of its sense of loss of control on the work input;the sense of professional mission is not significant in the impact of the stressful tension dimension on the work input;the sense of professional mission The significance and value dimension is not significant when the psychological pressure affects the three dimensions of work input;the altruistic contribution dimension of the professional mission sense is not significant when the psychological pressure affects the vitality dimension of the work input,and the psychological pressure is invested in the work.The influence of the concentration and dedication dimension has a significant regulatory effect;the guiding dimension of the professional mission sense is not significant when the psychological pressure affects the vital dimension of the work input,and the influence of psychological stress on the focus of work input and the dimension of dedication There is a significant adjustment effect.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of “post-90s” employees.It is hoped that enterprises can carry out targeted management on the characteristics of employees after the 90 s,thus improving the work input of employees and increasing the performance of the company.
