Since the middle and late last century,a new member has emerged in the field of independent economy-international trade in services, and its emergence has attracted more attention in the world than countries, especially developed countries, and has become an important index and parameter to measure the size of foreign trade. At the end of the last century, developed countries guided the global industrial layout, and they gradually upgraded from the secondary industry to the economy dominated by the tertiary industry, and international trade in services flourished as a result. In recent years, the third scientific and technological revolution flourished, making services become products to export has gradually become inevitable. At present, the proportion of service trade in world trade has exceeded that of total trade.40% of the easy quantity has become a top priority in global trade. The two ancient civilizations and geopolitical opponents,China and India have a high similarity. Not only are the two countries the most populous developing countries in the world, but the two countries have also ranked first in the world in recent years.China's total trade imports and exports have ranked among the top three in the world in recent years, while India is also in the top 10.However,from the point of view of industry,China is a big manufacturing country, but high-tech industry is not the label of China's industry.India,on the other hand, its software engineering and information technology civilization all over the world, and India's financial industry is also very famous in Asia.China is on the road of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and is in urgent need of industrial upgrading. With the rapid development of the tertiary industry,we can provide reference and reference for the trend of service trade in China by comparing the service trade between China and India. The writing content of this paper is carried out from the following aspects: first of all,it introduces the research background and theoretical practical significance of this paper, reviews the relevant theories of this paper and introduces the correlation analysis methods, and introduces the international market share index(MS),McKelly index(MI),trade competitive advantage index(TC),which is related to thecompetitiveness of service trade. The(RCA)index of display comparative advantage index is briefly summarized. Then, the overall and industry distribution of service trade between China and India is compared and analyzed by using its relevant index.the results show that China's total import and export of service trade is higher than that of India, but I China's service trade deficit continues to expand year by year, while India has been maintaining a service trade surplus. In addition, with the exception of China, which has a slight advantage in the international market share, other indicators are at a disadvantage compared with India, which indicates that India is superior to China in terms of industry development and export structure of trade in services. On this basis, this paper applies diamond model, selects four indexes of urbanization level, per capital gross national product, export value of goods trade and openness of service trade market as explanatory variables, and selects export value of service trade as explained variable to represent international competitiveness of service trade.Through multiple linear regression model,it affects service of our country. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the main factors of the international competitiveness of service trade, and finds that,in addition to the negative correlation between the level of urbanization and the competitiveness of trade in services, the other three factors are positively correlated with the competition of trade in services. Finally, based on the relevant conclusions drawn from the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the international competitiveness of China's service trade. On the basis of avoiding large errors as much as possible, this paper studies and analyzes the service trade between China and India on the basis of the most authoritative data.Due to the limited personal level, there may be some shortcomings in the analysis results, and there may be some limitations in the selection of some specific parameters in modeling. In the empirical aspect, due to the large amount of time-tight tasks, the selected data come from the relevant statistical databases, and their own actual research is less. For some professional indicators and parameters, there may be some deviation in understanding. The empirical results of this paper only represent the personal point of view.As for the measures, the concrete measuresare put forward, analyzed and proved.Corresponding to the results, the specific content may have a certain degree of subjectivity. For the above problems,I hope to overcome the correction in the future study and work.
