Today's society is an era of knowledge and information.With the continuous progress and development of the society,the organization must improve the speed and efficiency of innovation.Employees are an important part of the organization and play a very important role in the innovation of products and services.Employee deviant behavior in the workplace is widely referred to,is usually considered a deliberately make against the rules and regulations of the organization,which in turn damage the interests of the interests of the organization as a whole and individual member's behavior,therefore,in this paper,combing with deviant behavior related literature shows that,in the past for the discussion of deviant behavior,mainly for its negative influence,and about to discuss the positive impact of deviant behavior is less,in addition,due to the employees think engaged in constructive deviant behavior is likely to assume certain risks,so employees concerns a lot of this kind of behavior.Therefore,how to encourage employees to make constructive deviant behavior is the primary purpose of this paper.Humble leadership is a new type of leadership with supportive characteristics,which is increasingly valued by scholars and plays an important role in promoting constructive deviant behaviors of employees.Through the literature research,questionnaire investigation,this article draws this article USES the measurement scale,and collected the organization situation of 327 valid questionnaires,using SPSS23.0 and AMOS24.0 software makes an empirical analysis of the collected data and the research hypothesis,research situation in China,how humble leadership role in how employees constructive deviant behavior and mental security mediation humble leadership and employee deviant behavior constructive relationship and how to adjust the humble leadership uncertainty avoidance affect employees constructive deviant behavior.The results show that :(1)There is a significant positive correlation between humble leadership and constructive deviant behavior;(2)Mental security plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the two;(3)Uncertainty avoidance plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between humble leaders and employees' constructive deviant behaviors.The research on the constructive deviant behavior of humble leaders not only enriched the research on the constructive deviant behavior of humble leaders,but also improved the research on the formation mechanism of the constructive deviant behavior of employees,providing reference and basis for the later scholars to study the humble leaders and the constructive deviant behavior of employees.
