Analysis On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Agricultural Insurance And Agricultural Industrialization In China

The integrated development of industry is the key step to promote China's economy to become an economic power.The integration of the primary industry and the other two industries is particularly important in the period of comprehensive victory.At present,the integration of agriculture and modern service industry in China is only carried out in some regions,which not only fails to achieve an effective system of large-scale association between the government,enterprises and farmers,but also fails to mature the mutual integration model of representative agriculture and rural finance.Among them,the integrated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization is a research focus to promote agricultural development.Agricultural insurance serves agricultural industrialization as a means of agricultural risk management,and agricultural industrialization as a development form of modern agriculture promotes the upgrading of agricultural insurance.Therefore,in this stage,it is of great significance to clarify the relationship between agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization,effectively connect and coordinate the development of the two,and form a systematic synergy between them to promote rural revitalization.Based on industrial coupling theory,agricultural risk management theory,financial symbiosis theory and information asymmetry theory,this paper explains the interaction mechanism of coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization,and on the basis of previous studies,selects and establishes models and draws relevant conclusions.It includes five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which firstly analyzes the research background and significance of the paper,then summarizes the representative research at home and abroad,and finally lists the research methods,innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical analysis,including agricultural insurance,agricultural industrialization and other concepts,as well as relevant theoretical analysis.Based on the theory put forward in the second chapter,the third chapter expounds the mechanism of coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization from the perspective of external economy and multiplier effect.The fourth chapter,based on the previous studies,constructs the evaluation system of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization development level from the aspects of scale and efficiency,and makes an empirical analysis with the coupling coordination model.The fifth chapter,based on the results of empirical analysis,puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the coordinated development of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization under the background of rural revitalization.Empirical research shows that in the ten years from 2008 to 2017,overall,the comprehensive level of agricultural insurance in China hovered between 0.2-0.3,and the level of agricultural industrialization only fluctuated between 0.3-0.4,indicating that the development of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization in China is still in a dilemma.The coordination level between agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization in most provinces in east and central China is between 0.5 and 0.6,which is barely coordinated.The overall performance in western China is poor,and the average level is on the verge of imbalance.This shows that the coordination level between agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,in order to further improve the development level of agricultural insurance and agricultural industrialization and strengthen the effective interaction between them,we should,on the basis of the existing work,raise the insurance awareness of agricultural stakeholders as soon as possible,develop various agricultural insurance products according to local conditions,and improve the service level of agricultural insurance institutions.On the other hand,through increasing the use of agricultural science and technology,the cultivation of leading enterprises and pillar industries and other means to form a high-quality industrial chain,the "multi-level,multi-subject,multi-type" industrialization model to expand the demand for agricultural insurance,on the basis of common organization to achieve good interaction.
