Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Policy Agricultural Insurance And Agricultural Modernization

Agriculture is the foundational industry in China,the healthy and sustainable development of agriculture is concerned with the well-being of our people.Our government pays much attention to agricultural growth,by implementing policy-guided agricultural insurance,the transformation of agricultural traditions into modern agricultural products promotes and modernizes agricultural development.Policy based agricultural insurance and modernisation of agriculture interacts and promotes each other.Ensuring the coordinated development of both sides is conducive to the progress of China’s agriculture.In recent years,Anhui Province,a major agricultural province,has made beneficial exploration in agricultural modernization and insurance policy coordination,and made some achievements,but some problems still exist.Based on the research and collation of domestic and foreign documents,starting with theoretical research,this paper summarizes the concepts of policy agricultural insurance and agricultural modernization,as well as their coordinated development theory,and analyzes the interaction mechanism between them,which lays a foundation for further analysis of this paper.According to the specific conditions of Anhui Province,this article researches into the present condition of political agricultural insurance and the process of agricultural modernization.On this basis,drawing on the relevant data and coordination model of Anhui Province from 2008 to 2010,this essay empirically analyzes the relationship between them.In addition,it further analyzes the factors restricting its coordinated development.The outcomes demonstrate that there is a mutual effect between policy-related agricultural insurance and the modernization of agriculture in Anhui Province,both of which are in the first phase of harmonious progress.Based on a previous analysis,this document contains countermeasures to promote the coordinated growth of policy-supported agricultural insurance and the modernization of agriculture in Anhui Province,to better take into account the positive interaction between these two objects and to promote the progress of Anhui agricultural economy.
