Construction enterprises in our country development plays an indispensable role.It is well known that construction enterprises has the characteristics of large investment cost,low profit margins,and with the environmental protection of the urgency of the situation at present,raw materials and artificial cost is rising,enterprises are faced with the increasing survival predicament.How can you under the limited cost,increase the profit of enterprises,cost reduction has become a current all decision makers need to consider problems.With the updating of the idea,enterprise's policymakers have adopted the advanced management theory,to analyze the problems existing in the enterprise development,the direction of the future need to choose,in an effort to obtain better city Field competitiveness,gain more market share,realizing the sustainable healthy development.Practice shows that in order to realize the development of construction enterprises,construction projects must be the core of the construction enterprises to focus on.It is only through effective management of construction projects,increase profits,control costs and efficient construction,construction enterprises can in the process of development is growing.In the modern management theory,the performance evaluation as an important means of commonly used,used by the vast majority of enterprises,of which the characteristics of a successful typical case are as follows,that is using the most appropriate enterprise itself according to the characteristic of oneself characteristic of performance management system.Therefore the author believes that in Z company looking for the right approach to performance evaluation,is possible to improve project profit,finally promote the enterprise strategic target implementation.This paper choose a domestic construction enterprise Z corporation as the research object,introduces the common methods for performance evaluation at home and abroad,in combination with the practical situation of Z company,the introduction of the balanced scorecard for performance management research.Analysis of Z company's future strategic target,the Z company business strategy for horizontal and vertical decomposition,build Z company financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth four dimensions of performance evaluation index system,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to calculate weight index of the assignment,and build a set of scientific,practical andfeasible performance evaluation system,assist in Z company policymakers adjust strategic steps,take reasonable measures to provide a feasible direction for the development of the next step.
