Research On The Construction Of Performance Evalution System In Aerospace Enterprises Based On Balanced Scorecard

With the development of defense industry and the depth of global economic integration process, aerospace military enterprises have to face varieties of new challenges. Having a scientific, comprehensive enterprise performance evaluation system, an accurate reflection for the implementation of corporate strategic objectives becomes more important for enterprise’s long-term healthy development.As an effective and advanced management tool, balanced Scorecard which creating lots of classic successful cases, are used more widely in the world.In this paper, we will start from a typical aerospace military enterprise, try to bring Balanced Scorecard to the management of construction enterprises. First,the article started from the relevant theory of the Balanced Scorecard, introduced the history of development, specific concepts and the main content of Balanced Scorecard, and also the effection from Balanced Scorecard in performance evaluation. After that, it will show the analysis about the enterprise situation and existing performance evaluation system of A design department, then build the Balanced Scorecard system for A design department. In the end, it will also show the measures to structure the performance evaluation system.Finally, I hope the comprehensive performance evaluation which created by the two maters will bring new energy to military research enterprises, through a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects, to help enterprises get the right direction the self-development, and being more successful.
