Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Market Supervision Of Small Food Workshops In Rural Areas

Food safety is important for the health and safety of people and has a significant impact on the healthy and stable development of the national economy and social harmony.In recent years,China's food safety regulations and regulations have been continuously improved and strengthened.Food safety standards are gradually adjusting and improving,and food production technology and product quality are constantly improving.The overall level of food safety in China has increased significantly.However,the current level of food production in the current production and processing enterprises in China remains low,and development is unbalanced,leading to frequent food safety incidents,many of which are directly linked to small rural workshops.Most rural food workshop operators have a low level of knowledge and poor production facilities and equipment,most of which are distributed in rural,urban and rural areas.It is difficult to improve production significantly in a short period of time,and there are always hidden food safety risks..Due to China's vast land,population density,large differences between different regions,the operation of small workshops in China is very complex,consumers tend to diversify,the local cultural characteristics more prominent,these conditions make small food supervision of the workshop very complex.This paper mainly analyzes the status of supervision,supervision problems and the causes of small workshops on rural food in Jinhua,and explores countermeasures to improve supervision of rural food workshops in Jinhua City.The material consists of six parts,the first part being the presentation part.The content of this section is the basis of this research and its main importance,and presents the status of the research topic at home and abroad;the second part is an overview of the relevant theories.It mainly analyzes the relevant concepts,characteristics and social impacts of food workshops,and explains the food safety management theory,and on this basis,analyzes the current model of food safety supervision in China.Part III describes the basic situation and supervision of small rural food workshops in Jinhua City.Part IV explains in depth the problems and reasons for supervising small rural food workshops in Jinhua City.Part V presents some actions and proposals to improve the supervision of small workshops on rural food in Jinhua City in three aspects: the government supervision department,the small workshop operating laws and regulations and the supervision of innovation.Finally,the content and perspectives of this paper are summarized and the direction of supervision of workshops in rural food is expected.
