Research On The Status And Strategy Of Food Safety Supervision In Small Workshop Of Feicheng

Food safety is very important because it is closely linked with the life of the people.It is a great matter that the people's health and safety will be affected.In the report to the 19 th National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the food safety strategy.In recent years,from the central government to the local authorities,food safety work has been continuously strengthened at all levels,however,there still exists worry.As the main responsibility for the implementation of ineffective,lack of risk prevention measures and many other reasons,small food workshops have become the hardest hit food safety problems.This requires the small workshop food safety governance put in a more prominent position,make up for food safety shortcomings,and better safeguard the masses “a bite of safety”.Under the new situation,upgrading the food safety supervision level of small workshops is an urgent need for Feicheng to do a good job in food safety and to continuously meet people's desire for a better life.In recent years,Feicheng attaches great importance to food safety supervision of small workshops,upholds problem orientation and innovates in supervision methods,and continues to step up rectification and control efforts.The level of food safety control in the city has been significantly raised,and public satisfaction has been steadily improved.However,there are still some deficiencies in the regulation of small workshops in Feicheng.There are still many weak links in optimizing work practices,strengthening team building and giving full play to their functions.It is still a long way to improve food safety in small food workshops.This paper,based on the actual situation supervision of small food workshop in Feicheng,uses literature research,comparative study and case analysis to conduct a comprehensive study on the food safety of small workshops in Feicheng and analyzes the existing problems and reasons.From the further improvement of food safety law and regulations,establishing a long-term mechanism for supervision of small workshops,strengthening the self-construction of regulatory teams,standardizing the level of law enforcement,improving the self-discipline of small workshop operators,enhancing social supervision and coordination and strengthening social co-governance,which is expected that it is helpful to promote small food safety supervision.
